At $194,222, the average sales price for single-family homes in Houston dropped 5.8 percent from one year earlier, according to the Houston Association of Realtors. The average sales price in April 2008 was $206,239.

We had our “soft opening” / Friends & Family event on April 30 to kick off the groundbreaking of Place des Vosges. It was a great time with a lovely crowd!
